PEER SUPERVISION

Working directly with people is enjoyable but often not an easy task. Every day you are confronted with different people, questions, and problems. It is easy for some clients/patients and not so much for others. Situations open up questions or doubts arising with which one remains alone and often at a loss. Together we create a qualitative framework to discuss these topics and supervise them with the method of collegial consultation. As the name suggests, we come together in a group of “colleagues” that is a group of your industry peers.  

Together with coach & coachee / doctor & patient / teacher & student, we develop and build relationships and dynamics that improve the work we do and foster sustainable relationships that are unique to our industry and its people. This helps us to feel less alone within our work-specific relationships and their challenges.  

This is facilitated in a trusting, transparent and appreciative atmosphere. The collegial supervision will take place online via zoom. All practitioners are welcome who want to reflect honestly and openly on their social processes and achieve better results within their work.
