What is coaching? Good question – there are many coaches and many possible definitions. I define coaching as a form of psychological counseling that assists people to find solutions to their problems and reach their full potential as a person. 

This method strengthens the personality and promotes self-reflection. The focus of the work is the improvement of your perception and your awareness of experiences and your behavior. As a psychological coach, I accompany the client in the process of actualizing their concerns and/or solving their problems this is always done with a healthy level of cooperation. 

Our common goals: Creating access to personal resources, opening up potential possibilities, and developing options that are necessary to achieve set goals efficiently and purposefully. 

But coaching is not therapy. Coaching is to be understood as helping people to help themselves. The responsibility for action lies with you at all times. In joint work, we develop common methods and strategies to make your goals realizable and achieve verifiable success.

Coaching-Process

Usually, 3-10 sessions are required, depending on your topics and rhythm.

Investment

  • Online for employees €140;

  • In-Person 170€ (VAT exempt according to §19 UStG) / 60 min
