In cooperation with the company JobCoaching, Training & Personnel Development, I also offer certified work promotion measures AZAV (according to § 45 SGBIII) in addition to my private services.
For job seekers and unemployed people in change situations.
In an initial meeting, we discuss your wishes and expectations - and introduce ourselves and our range of processes to you. We decide together which approaches suit you, provide further details about our future joint work, and organize the documents from the responsible office on your behalf.
Our service takes place in a pleasant and private setting in individual coaching. The coaching sessions take place on premises at Legiendamm 6 in Berlin or online if you wish for personal, health, or family reasons.
To the activation and placement voucher (AVGS)
With an activation voucher (AZAV according to § 45 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No. 1, No. 2, No. 4, No. 5 / SGB III) there are no costs for job seekers or people threatened by unemployment. The costs are either covered by the employment agency, the job center, pension insurance, or the trade association.
JobCoaching is a DEKRA-certified training company with locations in Potsdam, Berlin, Magdeburg and Leipzig. The coaching services range from career advice for adults and personal business coaching to start-up and management consulting.
